An affordable housing project in Guelph is getting a multi-million-dollar boost in funding….. Announced Friday, the federal government is contributing $4.5 million to the 18-unit project on 50-60 Fife Rd….The money is coming through the Affordable Housing fund, which consists of low-interest and/or forgivable loans or contributions to partnered organisations for new affordable housing…..UpBuilding! Non-Profit Homes is the developer behind the project, which is to include deeply affordable units and six fully accessible units on the ground floor.
