Project Description

Through leveraging its own property and accessing Federal and Provincial funding, OSHC was able to create a plan that significantly enhances the supply and quality of new affordable housing in Owen Sound. This site contains energy efficient and accessible rental units, including 33 one-bedroom apartments and 27 two-bedroom apartments.
