Kirkwood apartments is a low-income housing community managed by Ayr and District Citizens Association who added 21 new apartments to its existing 32-unit seniors’ apartment, including 4 fully accessible units.

Consists of a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for seniors in Ayr. The apartments have open concept living room andkitchen, energy efficient lighting, appliances and HVAC units
