Project Description

Brenyon Way Charitable Foundation, who own and operate the buildings next to 25 Sewells Road, are adding more affordable housing to the area. They currently have under construction a 201 unit building being built on the west side of the site, and a 117 unit building on the east side of the site. There will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, with the east building dedicated to seniors.

The buildings will have a mixed-income model, with affordable rents ranging from Average Market Rent to income-based rents for minimum wage workers.
