Project Description

For the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, TWC, in collaboration with Watson and Associates, delivered a Housing Needs Assessment that focused on the community’s evolving housing dynamics and its impact on affordable housing supply. We conducted an extensive review of socio-economic indicators, demographic trends, and housing affordability challenges.

This work emphasized stakeholder engagement to ensure that the strategies and recommendations reflected the needs and perspectives of residents, housing providers, and community organizations.
