Project Description

This development is an 18-unit apartment building at 768 Frederick Street in Kitchener. KW Habilitation sought to replace an existing single-family home with an accessible apartment building, complete with an elevator to provide housing to a greater number of individuals. The project aims to accommodate individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities.

8 of the units will be designated for individuals paying rents based on a rent-geared-to-income model.
