Town of Tillsonburg Non-Profit Housing Corporation (TTNPHC) has built a 13-unit addition to an existing 60-unit elevatored apartment seniors building at 53 Queen Street in Tillsonburg. TTNPHC was successful in obtaining funding under the Affordable Housing Program.
TWC Work:
TWC acted on behalf of the County of Oxford and completed tasks such as undertaking a complicated Ministerial Consent to permit this addition as well as co-ordinated the administrative agreements for this project.
