Multani Custom Homes has built an affordable four-storey apartment building consisting of 50 units (30 one-bedroom units and 20 two-bedroom apartments) targeted to singles, couples and seniors. Its central location is conducive to public transportation and a variety of retail services. The sizes of the units range from 630-square feet for the one-bedroom units to 840-square feet for the two-bedroom units. The development is accessible with an elevator, wide doorways and three barrier-free units.

TWC played a significant role in this successful proposal, which awarded Multani Custom Homes with Project Development Funding (PDF). TWC also acted as the housing development consultant, which included corresponding with theCity's Planning Department and creating a financial plan.
