London Inter Faith Team (LIFT) has built an affordable apartment building consisting of 30 units (26 one-bedroom apartments and 4 bachelor apartments) oriented to single persons, including persons with mental health needs.
Each of the 26 one-bedroom apartments are approximately 50 square meters (550 sq ft) and the four bachelor apartments are approximately 32 sq meters (350 sq ft) in size.
TWC Work:
- TWC wrote the successful proposal to award LIFT with Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing funding.
- TWC has acted as housing development consultant with tasks including moving LIFT through a municipal minor variance application and arranging mortgage financing.
