Mirtren Collingwood Ltd. has built Westwood Terrace Apartments, an affordable three-storey walk up apartment building consisting of 30 units (14 one-bedroom units and 16 two-bedroom apartments).

The project has 18 affordable units. The Town of Collingwood is leasing the 18 affordable units from Mirtren for a 20-year period.

TWC Work

TWC acted as the housing development consultant and completed tasks such as assisting with Government contribution agreements, cash flow, arrangement of mortgage financing and arranging a head lease with the Town of Collingwood.
