Community Care Village Housing Kawartha Lakes (CCVHKL) is building an affordable four-storey, 70-unit apartment building targeted to seniors. 40 units will be made affordable to seniors, 11 rent supplemented unit for those with physical disabilities and 19 market rent units.
CCVHKL was successful in obtaining funding under the amended Affordable Housing Program.
TWC Work
Tim Welch Consulting Inc. (TWC Inc.) has acted as the housing development consultant and completed tasks such as applying for AHP, Government contribution agreements, cash flow, and the arrangement of mortgage financing.
