- TWC wrote the successful proposal to award BNH with CMHC PDF funding
- TWC has acted as the housing development consultant, which has included the tasks of hiring and collaborating with the architectural and construction management teams in the planning, design and development of the project
- TWC has worked closely with the key financial institution to ensure that both capital and operating budgets are in line with the client's needs and that the project remains financially viable
